Maintenance Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Engineers, setting clear goals and expectations
- Organise work, manage team schedules, and handle any issues like absences or complaints following company policies
- Offer guidance and help to the team with day-to-day problems
- Run effective daily team meetings (DMS)
- Keep track of key processes and make sure records are accurate and up to date
- Look for ways to improve production performance and efficiency
- Support safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading a team
- Background in manufacturing (food industry experience is a plus)
- Good people and team management skills
- Able to plan, stay organised, and work well under pressure
- Relevant training (e.g. IOSH, LEAN, or ILM Level 3)
