Maintenance Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of Engineers, setting clear goals and expectations
Organise work, manage team schedules, and handle any issues like absences or complaints following company policies
Offer guidance and help to the team with day-to-day problems
Run effective daily team meetings (DMS)
Keep track of key processes and make sure records are accurate and up to date
Look for ways to improve production performance and efficiency
Support safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
