An award-winning law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on high-value M&A and corporate transactions, working with a diverse client base in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on a wide range of M&A and corporate transactions
Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and commercial matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across departments
Manage matters from initial instruction through to post-completion
Contribute to the team’s business development and marketing efforts
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ PQE in M&A and general corporate transactions (more experience an advantage)
Irish practising certificate (essential)
Demonstrated experience acting as lead on transactions
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness
Positive, collegial attitude and a team-oriented approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
Excellent file and document management skills
Familiarity with Evolve case management or similar systems is an advantage
