An award-winning law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on high-value M&A and corporate transactions, working with a diverse client base in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a wide range of M&A and corporate transactions
  • Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across departments
  • Manage matters from initial instruction through to post-completion
  • Contribute to the team’s business development and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years’ PQE in M&A and general corporate transactions (more experience an advantage)
  • Irish practising certificate (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience acting as lead on transactions
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness
  • Positive, collegial attitude and a team-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent file and document management skills
  • Familiarity with Evolve case management or similar systems is an advantage
