About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Analyst to join our global supply chain team.
In this role, you'll help manage the smooth transition of products - ensuring that inventory, data, and processes are fully aligned during product phase-ins and phase-outs.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and consolidate data to prepare and submit inventory build requests.
Coordinate with regional and country teams to ensure timely execution of inventory activities.
Initiate and track inventory build orders to meet business timelines.
Monitor order status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on PIPO activities for leadership and senior management.
Support supply chain data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
Skills & Experience
Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel.
Strong experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Management.
Project management experience is a plus.
Qualifications
Option 1:
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).
1+ year experience in supply chain or planning functions.
Option 2:
High School Diploma / GED.
5+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
