This highly visible team devise growth strategies, manage the portfolio of organic and M&A investment initiatives, and ensure the jobs get done. The position on offer is for an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to help drive the company's growth and competitive positioning in the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) sector. The ideal candidate will excel at translating market insights into actionable strategies that create value for both the company and their customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the product TIC market

Identify and evaluate high-potential markets, segments, and geographies

Craft compelling value propositions and competitive strategies

Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives to drive growth and establish market barriers

Deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with company objectives

Analyse and compare customer needs with organic and M&A investment opportunities


Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Science, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field

5+ years of experience in devising investment and growth strategies

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities

Proficiency in strategic frameworks and proven track record of successful strategy implementation
