Job Role: Transport Manager

Location: Mallusk

Pay Rate: 33000 per year

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

We are currently looking for an experienced front-line manager to join an existing team in the transport office. Join a trusted logistics team, where your skills are appreciated and your time is respected; this client offers a stable, supportive environment with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate.

As a transport manger you will be proactive and dynamic. You will be able to work well under pressure and will have good communication skills. You will be responsible for supervising the team and managing individual performance, absences, conflict, and development in addition to working to your own set KPIs.

Requirements:

- Experience of working as a supervisor or manager within the logistics industry

- Knowledge of workings of a transport office including transport legal compliance and H&S compliance

- Accident / investigation process experience
