This company is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction operations on large-scale modular multifamily developments. You'll be the on-site leader ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery, working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership.

The Role:

Oversee daily on-site operations for modular multifamily construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
Report progress, challenges, and solutions to Project Managers and leadership.
Drive schedules, manage site logistics, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

The Person:

Experienced Site Superintendent with a background in multifamily or modular construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
