We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, well-established logistics business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service in a demanding industry sector. With customer focus at the heart of their values, they are seeking an Office Assistant with fluent Lithuanian language skills to join their busy Operations & Logistics team.

The Role
Working within the Operations & Logistics Department, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and workflow. You will liaise daily with customers, Lithuanian Drivers, and internal teams to co-ordinate operations efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking drivers and customers
  • Planning and scheduling vehicles
  • Managing each transport booking from request to invoice payment
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries in both English and Lithuanian
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Operations team
  • Coordinate logistics information between drivers, customers, and internal departments
  • Ensuring the fleet is operating within transport budgets
  • Oversee deliveries and collections are completed on time
  • Assist in problem resolution and ensure high customer service standards

About You:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written & spoken) is essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of issues
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is an advantage
