Role: BMS Operations ManagerÂ
Location: Cardiff & South West
We are partnered with one of the UK’s leading independent specialists in Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership position where your expertise and influence will directly drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
You’ll be leading a dedicated team of engineers and support staff, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and service contracts across commercial, healthcare, education, and public infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop a regional team of BMS engineers and support staff

Oversee service delivery and maintenance contracts to the highest standards

Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction

Manage performance, scheduling, resource planning and KPIs
-
Provide hands-on technical guidance on Trend, Schneider and Siemens systems
What you’ll need:

Strong leadership and people management experience

Technical knowledge of major BMS platforms

A full UK driving licence
