We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Food Production Team Leader to join a growing food manufacturing team in St Austell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role — no prior experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day running of the production line
Motivate and guide team members to meet daily targets
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
Help train new staff and lead by example
