An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Leader to oversee multiple sites within a critical public sector contract in Wales.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
This role involves leading operational delivery across several locations, ensuring services run efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual requirements. You will work closely with site-based teams and stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
- Lead and develop site managers, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Manage budgets and business plans, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site operations.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of facilities management or similar operational environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, complex setting.
