Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations for multiple retail projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour in live retail environments.
Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety standards.
Monitor project progress against programme, quality benchmarks, and budget.
Coordinate daily activities, logistics, and material flow efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
Liaise effectively with clients (e.g., Amazon, M&S representatives) and project managers.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager on national retail rollout projects.
Essential experience managing construction in live, operational retail environments.
Experience with large superstructure projects is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with paid accommodation provided.
