Site Manager - UK Wide Renewable Energy Projects (2026)

  • Rates: 450-500 a day


Turner Lovell is recruiting experienced Site Managers for major renewable energy projects across the UK. You'll lead sites from civil construction through to M&E installation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site operations and team management.
  • Oversee civil and M&E works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and project management teams.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and site HSEQ standards.
  • Support resolution of technical queries and maintain site documentation.


Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction or energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and site safety practices (SMSTS/CSCS/CCNSG).
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across UK project sites.
  • DNO/TSO Authorisations (SSE, SPEN, National Grid)
