p145 Facility Manager - Position Summary
Reporting to the Regional VP, you'll lead operations across departments, ensuring top performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll drive efficiency, empower teams, and help shape the strategic direction of a growing aviation business.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Excellence:
Streamline workflows, reduce waste, and ensure effective resource allocation.Performance & Cost Management:
Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.Leadership & Culture:
Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.Strategic & Project Planning:
Support long-term operational strategy and manage expansion projects.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
Champion service excellence and nurture strong client relationships.Compliance & Safety:
Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.Logistics & Supply Chain:
Oversee inventory and logistics to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred).
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or aviation compliance knowledge (EASA/FAA/Part 145) is a plus.Experience:
8-10 years in operations management or as a lead technician/engineer, within a p145 MRO, holding a track record in leadership, strategy, and improvement initiatives within the EASA/FAA p145 environment.Skills:
Strategic thinker, strong communicator, data-driven, and team-oriented.Language: Fluent in English & Dutch, open to those learning Dutch currently.
- Visa: EU citizens ONLY, however, we could potentially look at visa sponsorship for those who speak fluent Dutch.
- Location: Willingness to be onsite, 5 days per week within the Gelderland region of the Netherlands.
