Ecommerce Manager | B2B Clothing | Salary up to 50k Basic | Greater Manchester

We are looking for a commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to lead and implement digital strategies that drive web sales and B2B growth for a well-established business in the clothing and uniform supply sector. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and executing the ecommerce roadmap, taking full ownership of digital performance across all customer touchpoints.

This is a key appointment in a growing business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

As Ecommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the growth of web sales through targeted ecommerce and digital marketing strategies.

  • Executing and optimising the online customer journey to improve conversion rates, AOV, and retention.

  • Managing and developing the ecommerce platform and associated integrations.

  • Taking ownership of website content, SEO, merchandising, and digital product presentation.

  • Managing a structured marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activity.

  • Overseeing and managing paid search, display, retargeting, and affiliate programs in line with performance goals.

  • Using analytics and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that support B2B sales growth.

  • Briefing and managing external agencies and platform partners.

  • Running targeted email campaigns aligned with segmentation and customer needs.

  • Collaborating closely with sales and product teams to align web activity with broader commercial goals.

  • Monitoring ROI across channels, reviewing effectiveness of digital spend, and adjusting tactics accordingly.

  • Supporting the development of case studies and managing PR opportunities as needed.



What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a Ecommerce Manager with strong commercial acumen, a data-led mindset, and hands-on experience in B2B ecommerce-ideally within the clothing or uniform supply industry.

You should be confident operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and capable of taking ownership from day one.



Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in an ecommerce or digital marketing management role within the B2B clothing sector.

  • Proven experience delivering sales and growth through ecommerce channels.

  • Hands-on in managing ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Visualsoft, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email automation, CRM).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly analytical with a commercial mindset and an eye for detail.
