Job Overview

This role is to effectively support the marketing and events team for the development of new business opportunities, taking responsibility for driving event performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Main Duties

  • Work with the Events Marketing Manager with all administrative arrangements to support event preparation.
  • Work with copywriter to identify various content assets (guides, blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, video, webinars) that can be leveraged for future campaigns.
  • Implementation and management of marketing automation campaigns via email (Marketo) in collaboration with the marketing automation specialist.
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of event planning from end- to- end including (delegates communication and scheduling, overall registrations, daily execution, etc).
  • Event data management from Salesforce.
  • Enhance and promote events through creative and fresh ideas on marketing and communications including campaigns and social media.
  • Pre and Post events reporting.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team with for lead distribution.
  • Liaising with Marketing for events material and website content.
  • Communicate and liaise with vendors and partners regarding upcoming events and events for their members.
  • Event stock management.
  • Any other relevant duties as may be delegated.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in marketing or relevant digital marketing qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience working in B2B services environment
  • Experience in working with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation Tools such as Marketo
  • Experience organising online and offline events
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication and time management skills.

  • Full Driving License preferred
