The Role
You'll sit at the helm of the UK marketing function, steering both long-term brand building and short-term performance delivery. Your goal? To elevate awareness, drive member growth, and create standout campaigns across TV, digital, CRM, social, SEO, and PR.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the MD - working alongside key stakeholders across product, UX, customer service, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the UK brand and performance marketing strategy end-to-end.
* Launch and lead a bold, insight-led brand marketing strategy to drive awareness and emotional connection.
* Manage multi-million-pound campaigns across digital, offline, TV, CRM, and partnerships.
* Lead and mentor high-performing teams across acquisition, retention, brand, SEO, and PR.
* Use data and measurement frameworks to optimise performance and report ROI.
* Ensure alignment across internal functions and external partners to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging.
* Champion a test-and-learn culture to continuously elevate campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
* Senior marketing leadership experience within a consumer-facing, digital-first brand or platform.
* Strong grasp of brand building and performance marketing - you know how to get the two working in tandem.
* Experience working in B2C or B2B SaaS, ideally within FinTech.
* Experience managing large budgets and delivering clear, measurable results.
* A commercially-minded marketer who can tie creative ambition with business outcomes.
* Collaborative leadership style - you're the kind of person who brings energy and alignment across teams.
* Confident influencing at exec and board level, internally and externally.
