Our client, a leading contractor in the Civil Engineering, Pipeline, and Building sectors across Ireland, is looking for talented individuals to join their team. Your new roleThis role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career in a supportive and innovative environment. You will be involved in a variety of projects across Uisce Éireann (Irish Water) and NI Water sites. The role is primarily site-based with occasional travel to head office.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of M&E projects.
  • Work on several water industry frameworks, including Civils, Reservoirs, and Dams.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Prepare and review project documentation and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent 3rd level qualification in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering
  • Good understanding of M&E principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Water industry experience is a bonus.
  • Valid UK or Irish driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites
