Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Salary: 42,000 per annum

We're looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join a permanent position on a large-scale, high-profile commercial site in Dunfermline. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, well-established team, maintaining and optimising critical building systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and VRV/VRF systems.

• Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively to minimise operational downtime.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company procedures, particularly around health and safety.

• Complete all service and maintenance records accurately and promptly.

• Support other engineers on-site when required, ensuring seamless building operations.

• Deliver excellent customer service in a client-facing environment.

• FGAS Category 1 Certification (essential).

• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Additional HVAC or mechanical qualifications (desirable).
