Are you a skilled Service Engineer with a background in industrial machinery or plant equipment? Our client are expanding their field engineering team and looking for dedicated professionals to support service operations across the UK and Ireland.

In this mobile role, youll be responsible for the maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of machinery and equipment at customer sites. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of client systems, and you'll play a key role in delivering high levels of technical service and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing

Visit customer sites for machinery maintenance, installation, and breakdown repairs.
Diagnose, report, and rectify any machine errors on-site.
Provide assistance with customer technical inquiries to support office staff.
Complete detailed reports after each service using our CRM system.
Maintain effective communication with customers and office staff to ensure excellent service.
Uphold our company's standards in representation.

What Were Looking For

?Experience with industrial machinery, recycling equipment, or plant engineerin

?Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills

?Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

?Good communication skills and a customer-first approach

?Basic IT proficiency and sound numeracy

?A full, clean UK driving licence

?Engineering qualifications (e.g. Mechanical, Plant Fitting, or similar) - Desirable
