Sellick Partnership is working with a reputable Social Housing organisation to recruit to a Stock Condition and Energy Surveyor to join their Surveying team in the Assets department, focusing on Energy and Stock Condition. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the quality and sustainability of homes within the Cambridgeshire area
What you'll do as Stock Condition Surveyor:
- Carry out stock condition surveys, EPC assessments, and HHSRS inspections to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Diagnose and schedule repairs, conduct pre- and post-inspections, and monitor quality throughout projects.
- Work closely with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to deliver efficient and effective housing services.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting for compliance and performance monitoring.
Key duties of the Stock Condition Surveyor will include:
- Qualified professional with a Level 3 trade qualification and ideally HNC/HND in Building Studies (or equivalent)
- Membership of a relevant professional body (CIOB, RICS, ASCP) or working towards it.
- DEA qualified to SAP 10 methodology (or willing to train)
- Strong knowledge of housing maintenance, building structures, and energy efficiency.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
