Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works on a variety of commercial properties.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults and issues efficiently.
Work across a mixed portfolio, including small retail units and bank branches.
Liaise with clients and site staff professionally and effectively.
Participate in the on-call rota across all trades, attending emergency call-outs as required.
Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
