Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a broad, balanced, and stimulating curriculum.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support each child's learning journey.

  • Behaviour Management: Implement consistent strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.

  • Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure pupil welfare.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Training: Up-to-date safeguarding training desirable (training can be provided).
