Hays is partnering with a well-known charity to recruit a Reception/Day Concierge on a temporary basis for 8 weeks with a possible extension.

Responsibilities include managing visitor sign-in/out processes, handling phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks, including cash handling.
Candidates must undergo an enhanced Access NI check to be considered for the role.

Your new roleAs the first point of contact for all visitors, you will ensure a smooth sign-in and sign-out process. You'll handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, while also taking on a variety of general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for cash handling.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a receptionist role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in cash handling
