Remote Locum Clinical Pharmacist

We’re partnering with a well-established PCN in Essex seeking experienced Remote Clinical Pharmacists to provide locum support until March 2026.

You’ll work remotely, supporting practices across the PCN with Cholesterol QOF work and Medication Reviews. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in Primary Care, with existing remote access and confidence using EMIS and/or SystemOne.

You must be an Independent Prescriber and have completed or be currently enrolled on the CPPE Pathway.

Salary – £30 per hour

Location – Fully Remote 

The PCN

• 5 practices serving a combined patient list of around 40,000
• Progressive and digitally enabled care model
• Supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team

Your role –

• Locum PCN Clinical Pharmacist
• Up to 30 hours available
• Flexibility to split between multiple practitioners to accommodate other salaried or locum commitments
• Until the end of March 2026
• Start date asap, dependent on compliance
• Support with Cholesterol QOF work and Medication reviews
• Remote access to EMIS and SystemOne
• Independent Prescriber and Primary Care experience essential
• Have completed the CPPE pathway or be enrolled in the pathway and working towards
• You must be qualified as a Clinical Pharmacist and be registered with the GPhC
