ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Governance Manager on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and implementation of Demand Process Governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Design, document, and update procedures for invoice validation and related financial processes.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Commercial analysis of program rollout and future demands.

Key Requirements:

Excellent process management skills.
Governance framework experience.
Risk & Compliance experience.
Telecoms background (essential).
