In this newly created role, you'll take the lead in developing, writing and implementing quality assurance for a company that specialises in vehicle conversions for mobility and accessibility solutions. Your responsibilities will include performing internal audits, ensuring ISO9001 compliance, and working closely with clients and internal departments to manage quality-related issues and ensure full compliance.

With a proud 75 year legacy in vehicle adaption and conversion for wheelchair accessibility, this company is entering a period of significant growth - aiming to double output within the next five years and expand into electric vehicle conversions.

This would suit a Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing looking for the opportunity to develop fresh processes and implement high standards throughout all areas of the company.

The Role:

  • Developing, writing and implementing processes to improve quality standards
  • Carry out internal audits
  • Reading technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with H&S requirements
  • Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm (44 hours)

The Person:

  • Quality Engineer or similar
  • Background in Manufacturing
