Mane aerospace are looking for Quality inspectors with experience on CMM machines. to support a major aerospace company in Europe.
Duties
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of aerospace components throughout production, including approval or non-conformance decisions.
- Conducted in-process and final inspections using standard measurement tools, visual inspection methods, and functional testing.
- Prepared initial inspection documentation and maintained relevant quality data records.
- Initiated and monitored product- and process-related corrective actions and performed production audits.
- Provided training and ongoing guidance to manufacturing personnel on self-inspection practices and periodic verification checks.
The profile we need:
- Completed a technical apprenticeship (e.g., mechanic, toolmaker, carpenter, or plastic moulder) or equivalent technical education.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance and/or initial experience in production with self-inspection is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Flexible and open to working in rotating shifts (2nd and 3rd shift).
