What you’ll bring

Proven experience in leading large-scale programmes with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into delivery
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
A commitment to inclusive leadership and values-driven programme management
Experience in public sector transformation, policy delivery, or operational change is highly desirable
