Were looking for a Programme Manager to join the Assets and Investment team at a leading social housing provider in Wales. Reporting to the Head of Service, youll play a crucial role in delivering key objectives with a strong focus on customer experience and community impact.

About the Role

As Programme Manager, youll be responsible for delivering a wide range of investment and improvement programmes across homes and neighbourhoods. Youll lead and motivate a talented team of professionals, ensuring that every project contributes to the long-term sustainability and quality of our housing stock.

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking meets operational delivery. Your commercial insight, attention to detail, and drive to achieve value for money will be critical in ensuring our programmes are compliant, ambitious, and high-quality.

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Leading a high-performing team delivering investment and improvement projects

  • Managing day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and performance

  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

  • Applying a commercially minded, customer-first approach to all areas of delivery

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive results
