We’re looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to take the lead on a major earthworks project based on the Isle of Lewis.
This is an exciting, high-impact role within a well-established civil engineering contractor known for delivering high-quality, innovative infrastructure projects across the UK.
As Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — driving performance, inspiring teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.
What You’ll Be Doing-
Leading the full lifecycle of a major civil engineering project, from planning to completion.

Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Managing budgets, commercial controls and project reporting.

Supervising and mentoring on-site teams to achieve outstanding results.

Overseeing all technical and operational aspects of project delivery.

Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).

Proven experience managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

Previous experience in earthworks projects (advantageous but not essential).

Strong technical knowledge of civil site activities.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

A full UK driving licence.
