  • Responding to inbound calls and warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website (dealing with the renewal process for an insurance policy)
  • Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution
  • Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first-class experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience telephone-based customer service or sales experience in a regulated, environment.
  • FCA Environment experience
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and consultative approach to customer interactions.
