The HSE Manager will report to the site Operations Director and will oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental performance at a leading FMCG Manufacturing facility.
This role requires a NEBOSH qualification and a proven background in fast-paced food manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on developing health and safety metrics and cultures.
Candidates should have a pragmatic and growth mindset approach to HSE, along with an analytical systems background, particularly in ISO14001:2015.
The position involves working closely with Production and Engineering Leadership to enhance behavioral safety and drive continuous improvement activities.
An excellent salary package is offered, although specific figures are not disclosed, and candidates should have at least several years of relevant experience.

Reporting to the site Operations Director, the HSE Manager will have full autonomy for all Health, Safety and Environmental performance for a complex and industry leading FMCG Manufacturing facility. With a small team you will lead on driving best in class behavioural and systems-led HSE.

NEBOSH qualification
