Looking for an experienced MEP Manager to join a busy and expanding MEP department within an established main contractor in the West Indies. This role is for someone looking to fully relocate on a long term basis.

Ideal candidate will have international experience, with Caribbean experience preferred.

Looking for someone who...

is able to manage both electrical and plumbing with bias on electrical preferred.
has a trade background, with the ability to project manage complex high-end residential projects
can supervise site trades for production and quality control, purchasing materials, reviewing design drawings and specifications
has a background in assisting estimators / quantity surveyors
