Job: MFD Installation Project Manager

Contract: INSIDE IR35

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: Up to £670 per day

Location: Hybrid – one day per week in London or Derbyshire

The MFD Installation Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation of MFD projects, ensuring scope, time, quality, and cost objectives are met. You will work cross-functionally, manage a variety of stakeholders, and drive delivery within a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance.

  • Take ownership of planning and delivery for MFD projects, ensuring governance and quality standards. 
  • Proactively seek and act on feedback from external stakeholders, colleagues, and customers to improve processes and delivery. 
  • Follow functional policies, best practice, and compliance requirements relevant to the business area. 
  • Analyse complex issues and use data to inform decisions and solutions. 
  • Lead and inspire teams with authenticity and integrity, driving engagement, high performance, and colleague well-being. 
  • Oversee budgets and ensure return on investment within area of responsibility.
  • Familiarity with financial services or retail banking environments preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

Candidates must be able to travel to site once per week.
