Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations and strategic planning across a property portfolio.
Analyse asset performance and implement plans to maximise ROI.
Prepare financial models, reports, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, and third-party consultants.
Identify opportunities for acquisition, disposal, or value-adding improvements.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in asset management within the real estate or property investment sector.
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MRICS/CFA is a plus).
