My client in the South is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the service on an interim basis, initially for 6 months. You will need experience across the Big 6 and Maintenance, which will include the likes of Capital Works, Building Condition and Planned Maintenance.

Contract Length: 6 Months'

Location: South

Working Pattern: 2/3 days on site per week

Rate: DoE

Main Details:

To manage all maintenance activity covered by the Council's Corporate Landlord model
Covering the Compliance across the council alongside the Compliance Lead and being able to provide technical knowledge to the team.
Oversight of a few staff including Surveyors and Compliance professionals.
To deliver all maintenance projects allocated to the Maintenance and Compliance function.
