Join the Reebok team as a Product Developer across both Men's and Women's apparel. We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to help bring performance-focused collections to life across multiple seasons.

Based in Greater London, you'll be part of a dynamic trend lead and creative team, you will be involved in critical path, with excellent attention to detail across technical packs, CAD's and spec sheets.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Product Developers across all day-to-day tasks and critical path activities
  • Manage supplier communications, tech packs, line lists, costings, and approvals
  • Ensure accurate CAD uploads, label compliance, and use of correct packaging for sampling and production
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure product execution aligns with brand vision and calendar milestones
  • Create and maintain measurement charts, grade rules, and sample comment
  • Attend and support fit sessions, making amendments through all sample stages (Proto to SMS)
  • Oversee lab dip, print, embroidery, and material approvals
  • Coordinate with suppliers on FOB pricing and sampling timelines
  • Maintain organised sample storage and assist with sample preparation
  • Contribute to collaboration projects and cross-functional meetings
  • Work across multiple seasons and a wide-ranging apparel collection

Person Specifications:

  • Previous experience in apparel product development within sportswear or activewear (ideally men's & women's)
  • Proficient in Excel, Illustrator, and Photoshop; able to amend CADs and tech packs
  • Strong understanding of garment construction
  • Experience working with performance fabrics and technical constructions
  • Familiarity with Far East suppliers and a wholesale business model
  • Background in fabric development, fit, and finishing techniques
  • Experience with sport accessories is a plus
