Take the lead as F&B Manager at a renowned and well regarded Hotel, operating and overseeing the busy outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to take the driving seat of the thriving Food & Beverage department, where you'll oversee everything from elegant afternoon teas to relaxing lounges, fine dining in the hotel's restaurant, as well as a buzzing bar and seamless delivery of functions and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, afternoon teas, bars and functions

  • Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service

  • Manage administration such as rotas, ordering, stock control, budgets and finances.

  • Ensure service standards remain consistently high across the department
