Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Manager Manager from either a busy Hotel. As we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our clients main restaurant which includes buffet breakfast and lunch, with an a la carte evening service.

The venue seats up to 120 for Breakfast and Lunch and 60-100covers for evening service
reporting into a F&B Operations manager the role will require someone with a strong passion for the guest experience, great staff leadership potential and a passion for service as this is a hands on role

With a dedicated team of staff members, the Restaurant is a central point for the property, renowned for its service and delightful menu offering a buffet style breakfast and lunch with a more enhanced dinner service.

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

What We're Looking For in The Restaurant Manager:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a UK hotel setting.

  • A Hands on operator as this role will require you to become the face and personality of the brasserie
