Location: Scotland (country hotel) PH6 (Perth Area)
Were seeking a Restaurant Manager / GM with strong restaurant/front-of-house focus, ideally in fine dining, to lead our dining services.
What youll be doing:
- Running and overseeing the restaurants operations evening service (no lunch), serving ~30-35 covers per night in a 2 AA Rosette, 4* Gold Restaurant with Rooms.
- Managing quality, service standards, guest experience.
- Oversight of wine list, wine service, and related staff training.
- Working with a small, dedicated team.
- Experience in fine dining service and with wine knowledge.
- Leadership skills in a small but high-quality restaurant/restaurant-with-rooms environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and consistency.
- Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Live-in option available in a shared house (youll live with the owner + two dogs).
