We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to oversee Retail Security Services in the UK.

You must have security proven background experience & a valid SIA badge to be able to apply for this role.

This opportunity would suit someone that likes to travel to sites across the nationwide in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relations, service quality management, personnel selection, and operational coordination to ensure the successful delivery of security services across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Conduct regular meetings with the client to assess service needs and performance.
  • -Prepare detailed reports for the client regarding security operations, incidents, and service improvements.
  • -Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of security services.
  • -Work closely with the Operations Manager to assist in the recruitment and selection of personnel for security roles.
  • -Monitor and control working hours of employees and service coverage to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • -Perform periodic site visits to evaluate service quality and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • -Manage and track uniform stock and forecast future needs to ensure availability.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • -Strong leadership skills to manage personnel and liaise effectively with clients.
  • -Solid experience in security operations, particularly in retail security.
  • -Proven experience in client relationship management within a corporate or security setting.
  • -Knowledge of security procedures and best practices in the retail sector.
  • -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • -Proficiency in IT and computer skills.
  • -Strong Business Development skills to further develop the UK Division.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • -Previous experience in a similar security management or account management role.
  • -Understanding of operational structures and security expectations is a plus.
  • -Spanish language skills will be considered a valuable asset.
