Customer Relationship Manager - On-Site (Marcy-l'toile, France)

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading global provider of laboratory services and solutions, based on-site at a major pharmaceutical client in Marcy-l'toile, France.

About the Role:
As the on-site Customer Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between the customer and our service teams. You will manage all aspects of the laboratory service lifecycle, from incident reporting and diagnosis to repair and follow-up, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceeding customer expectations. You will coordinate both internal teams and subcontractors, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and support administrative and financial aspects of service delivery.


This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all customer requests through SAP or similar systems.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are consistently met.
  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to deliver seamless service.
  • Administer ongoing services and pre-invoice any services outside the contractual scope.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service activities.


Your Profile:

  • Bac+2 or equivalent in administrative, commercial, or business management.
  • Experience in sales administration or service coordination, ideally within technical or laboratory services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.
