Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
