The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, preferably in reputable international or British-curriculum schools
• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Strong expertise in Science education, with the ability to lead curriculum development and innovation
• A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, M.Ed, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues, lead CPD, and contribute to whole-school strategy
• Culturally sensitive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to student achievement, holistic education, and inclusive learning
• Experience working in international settings or multicultural environments is highly desirable
• A forward-thinking mindset with a track record of improving outcomes and leading initiatives
