Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging and inclusive.
Interventions: Lead small-group and one-to-one sessions in early literacy, phonics, and numeracy.
Class Cover: Confidently supervise classes when required, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Behaviour Management: Support positive behaviour and emotional development in line with school policies.
Progress Tracking: Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform teaching and planning.
Safeguarding: Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure pupil welfare and safety.

Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Minimum of 12 weeks' experience working within a UK primary school.
Desirable:
Experience supporting EYFS pupils or delivering early years interventions.
Up-to-date Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training.
Eligibility Requirements:
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply for one.
Two professional references from educational settings.
