About the Role:
We are seeking a Mental Health Manager to lead a mental health service. We require a strong leader to provide stability and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and operational oversight for the service
Direct and support a team.
Work positively with external professionals and stakeholders
Ensure governance systems are understood and implemented effectively
Maintain high standards of care and compliance under pressure

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in mental health service management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and drive positive outcomes
Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance processes
