As a Senior Composite Technician, you will be responsible for the onsite completion and management of composite teams according to the clients composite solution requirements.

This involves direct management and work on composite projects at any level of complexity. Your work will involve meeting and liaising with clients, vendors, and other
employees of the group.


Main Responsibilities
- To lead domestic and international on-site projects to ensuring that equipment, repairs, or services are being completed on-time, in accordance with the specification and to an acceptable standard of excellence.
- To assist Projects Managers with scope and price proposal to customers.
- To develop and manage team of composite technicians for domestic and international projects.
- To prepare Composite Standard Operating Procedures.
- To keep up to date with all project communication with the ability to provide knowledgeable input when necessary.
- To be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project.
- To manage technical project risk assessments and update the project risk matrix.

Experience needed:

Around 5 - 10 years of composite building experience.
Knowledge and experience of repairing carbon fibre parts & structures.
Driving licence.


Technical skills
