Occupational Health Advisor – Home-Based (Monthly trip to Yorkshire + Quarterly Yorkshire travel)

OHA Role Overview:
• Location: Home-based, with monthly travel to Yorkshire and quarterly trips across Yorkshire & neighbouring counties
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: £45,000 + 8% bonus

Scope of Role:

Manage 5–6 OH cases per day supporting a workforce of approx. 8,000 employees
Deliver evidence-based case management and fitness-for-work assessments
Support wellbeing and health promotion activities
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality
Collaborate with the wider OH team (Head of OH, OH Manager, OHAs, OHTs, OHP & admin support)

Requirements:

NMC registered, Part 3 qualified (or working towards)
Strong case management experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously from home with team-based support
