Occupational Health Advisor – Home-Based (Monthly trip to Yorkshire + Quarterly Yorkshire travel)
OHA Role Overview:
• Location: Home-based, with monthly travel to Yorkshire and quarterly trips across Yorkshire & neighbouring counties
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: £45,000 + 8% bonus

Scope of Role:
- Manage 5–6 OH cases per day supporting a workforce of approx. 8,000 employees
- Deliver evidence-based case management and fitness-for-work assessments
- Support wellbeing and health promotion activities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality
- Collaborate with the wider OH team (Head of OH, OH Manager, OHAs, OHTs, OHP & admin support)
Requirements:
- NMC registered, Part 3 qualified (or working towards)
- Strong case management experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously from home with team-based support
