We are a multi-award winning agency, currently looking to recruit a dynamic Care Coordinator for our client in Hertfordshire.

The purpose of the role is to contribute to the management and coordination of the care team to ensure the smooth running of the service. Act as the day-to-day first point of contact.

Duties will include working to company and CQC standards ensuring high quality care provision is provided. Complete and maintain support packages to tight deadlines. Allocate shifts appropriately ensuring any gaps in schedules are filled. Fill gaps in rotas in emergency situations. Conduct assessments for new service users. Participate in recruitment meetings, interviews and monitor compliance. Manage staff absences and sickness. Assist with payroll and other associated administration.

Must have a full UK driving license and be willing to drive to different locations. We do not offer sponsorship, so you must have full right to work in the UK.

This position is for 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with alternative weekends on-call.
