We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with strong development experience (any development) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions using the Power Platform, particularly Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and related customizations. You will play a key role in building, customizing, and extending applications that empower our business processes. You must have at previous experience with the Microsoft stack, including Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions utilizing Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and related tools.
  • Create and customize Dataverse entities, views, forms, and relationships to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance functionality.
  • Integrate and configure WebResources (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) into Power Platform applications for customized user interfaces.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and BAs to analyze requirements, proposing effective solutions using Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
  • Optimize performance and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform customizations and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols in all custom development.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative to drive delivery of projects

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing solutions with Power Apps, specifically Model-Driven Apps.
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse (formerly CDS) architecture, schema, and customization capabilities.
  • Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS for developing plugins, custom workflows, and WebResources.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) for building reusable components.
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems through APIs, Azure Services, and REST.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (particularly Field Service or Customer Service modules) and its integration with Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ALM, and source control processes.
  • Certification in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (e.g., PL-400, PL-200) is highly desirable.
